What's your fave way to marinade/ season steak!
im grilling steak tonight if it doesn't rain, and always looking for new ways to season it. I use to use dales steak seasoning for years now I'm using alegro, marinate with dales for a short time it's very stout! let me hear what yall do.

Whats your favorite website for LC recipes...
I love to cook, i have so many sites I go to for recipes to cook but none for LCHF diet.... Where do you guys get your recipes.... I'd rather have sites that have ratings like "allrecipes" or "food" those are 2 of my fav but they don't have to many LC recipes.

Exercise
I have yet to start working out but feel it is time! Would love to know what everyone else is doing, how long and how often? I'm loosing fine with out working out but I don't want to be flabby after all the weight is gone.

ok the only good butter I know of is land of lakes here in southern U.S. Can I use that in my coffee?

Do you really take Magnesium Citrate 3 times a day??
i talk all my meds at night before bed but decided I needed to add some vitamin D and magnesium citrate to my normal BP meds but it says to take 3 times daily!!! I'll never remember to do this can I not just take them all at one time

Fast food suggestion?
we are going out of town for the weekend and will be eating fast food mostly during breakfast and lunch this being my first time eating out in the 5 weeks since starting this WOE I'm at a loss if there are any places that accommodate low carb in the U.S.? Thanks for the help

im on a weekend get away for my 40 bday and I will have drinks. What's better Bloody Mary or dirty martini? Is it really because of low carb??
I've read doing a low carb diet gives you energy and makes you feel all around better! Is it really because of the lack of bad carbs or is it mind set, your loosing weight, excited, seeing things more positive because of the weight loss?

How Important is Water??
I have never been a drinker of anything really. Before dieting i could buy a bottle coke and sip on it all day and still have 1/2 left at end of day. I've never gotten my calories from drinking (non alco. drinks) and I'm new to lchf dieting so I want to know how important water intake is? And why? I can get 16oz in a day…
