What are the benefits of whole wheat flour vs. all purpose flour? I just looked at the nutrition facts and they were very close.

59 pounds down
I am have been down 59 pounds for a few weeks. I am hoping tomorrow will be that 1 pound to make it 60. Even though I have had hard weeks, I have never given up. In the past, one bad day would make me quit. Not anymore. I am very proud of myself for keeping it up!

Is this bad?
I just worked out at about 5:00 this evening for about an hour. I burned about 500 calories. I am thinking tomorrow is going to be a hectic day with getting ready for Halloween and stuff, so I was thinking of getting up early, like 6:00 am to workout again. Is that too close together? Do I need to rest longer than that?

I have a Polar F6, which I love. I am curious if anyone else who has a HRM, changes the settings as you lose weight? Do you change you weight in the settings to get a more accurate calorie burn?

Nutrition Facts
I bought a small bag of Green Giant Klondike Petite red potatoes. The nutrition facts say 110 calories for 1 potato. They are VERY small. I looked again and it says serving size 1 potato (5.3 oz). I weighed it on my food scale and it was 4 potatoes to get to 5.3 oz. Should I go by 1 potato or the weight? Thanks.

I found a recipe that calls for 1/4 cup of lemon juice. The bottle says that 1 tsp is 0 calories. Will there ever be calories in lemon juice when you use a certain amount. If so, how many? Are there calories in seasonings like garlic, oregano, etc.? Thanks.

New Favorite Snack
I have heard this mentioned before and now it is one of my favorite mid-morning snacks. I take 2 hard boiled eggs and remove the yolk and then put 1 tsp of Sabra hummus in where the yolk was. There is only 92 calories and 9 grams of protein. Just thought I'd share.

Does climate affect heart rate? I live in Chicago, and when I exercise I can usually get my heart rate between 137-155. According to my heart rate monitor. This week I was in Arizona on vacation and I worked out the same, and was lucky if I got my heart rate to 130.
