I bought one of those sweet potatoes that comes in the plastic wrap, and can be made in the microwave. I looked up online how many calories are in it, and it said: 263 calories for a 9 oz potato.
Does this seem right?

No thats not right you talkin about the ones from walmart I had one yesterday and It wasnt that many calories:noway: :noway:0

I found 180 calories with no salt or butter.
