New Favorite Snack

I have heard this mentioned before and now it is one of my favorite mid-morning snacks.

I take 2 hard boiled eggs and remove the yolk and then put 1 tsp of Sabra hummus in where the yolk was.

There is only 92 calories and 9 grams of protein.

Just thought I'd share.

Thanks for the idea I just had two egg whites and thought how boring it was. I'll have to give this a try!

Sabra is a brand name. I buy it at Target.

I can't get Sabra here, no target that sells food.

I wonder if Schnucks or Kroger will have it?

Sabra is the absolute best otc hummus closest to what u get in a greek restaurant deliciously smoooooooooth! And they sell it at most major grocery stores!

I bought some Sabra hummus. I usually get the Athenos brand.

I also bought a red bell pepper, bag of baby carrots, cucumber and some radishes to dip in the glorious hummus. :bigsmile:
