I'm about to start training for a 10k and want to treat myself to some new workout clothes. Especially with the winter weather and all. Sooooo pear-shaped beauties, what are your favorite brands?

How do YOU workout at the gym? (Scheduling)
I always see people refer to their "leg day", "cardio day", "back day", etc. and was just curious. How do you schedule your workouts? The only thing I can seem to agree on, in my head, is I want to do 30 mins of cardio while there.

The art of storing food (Freezing)
So..what's the "trick" to freezing things like casseroles, meals for the week, or leftover veggies to use later. I cut up some celery and froze it in two sandwich bags. Placed in the fridge to thaw out and ... I had a bag of water and the celery was like soft rubber. What am I doing wrong?

Leftover Celery
I bought some celery for a chicken soup I made and have a lot left. With that being said...what do YOU do with celery (minus eat raw and/or with peanut butter)? I have chicken tenderloins and shrimp in the freezer in case that helps you remember some recipes. lol. GO!

Member Submitted Recipes
So... whenever I create a homemade concoction on MFP so that I can correctly log the calories, it asks me if I want to include it in the MFP recipe database. After that, it asks me for directions, list ingredients, etc. My question is... where is this stored?! I'd love to browse through everyone's submissions!

Walk speeds. How do you judge?
Just curious...how does one measure how fast they're walking without some sort of device? Is 2.0 a stroll? Is 3.5 that..."I'm really late to work" fast paced walk? Do you compare your walk speeds to anything? I see 3.0mph is listed as "walking the dog." Too bad I don't have one of those. :laugh:
