I bought some celery for a chicken soup I made and have a lot left. With that being said...what do YOU do with celery (minus eat raw and/or with peanut butter)?

I have chicken tenderloins and shrimp in the freezer in case that helps you remember some recipes. lol.

GO!

stir fries, soups, and pot roast if you like celery cooked. Slice it thin and toss in a salad for some extra crunch. Add to cole slaw.

It makes an excellent dipping tool for hummus.
It's nice chopped into a salad.
    It's good with cream cheese.

I dice them up (as I would for soup or stew) lay them out on a cookie sheet and freeze for 1 Hour, then put them in a freezer bad and the next time you need diced celery, it's ready to go.

I do this with almost all of the veggies: onions, celery carrots, sweet corn, peas, squash, etc. Really almost anything.
