Leftover Celery
I bought some celery for a chicken soup I made and have a lot left. With that being said...what do YOU do with celery (minus eat raw and/or with peanut butter)?
I have chicken tenderloins and shrimp in the freezer in case that helps you remember some recipes. lol.
GO!

I dice them up (as I would for soup or stew) lay them out on a cookie sheet and freeze for 1 Hour, then put them in a freezer bad and the next time you need diced celery, it's ready to go.
I do this with almost all of the veggies: onions, celery carrots, sweet corn, peas, squash, etc. Really almost anything.0
