My NSV, I think....
Well, I am 5'2. I've lost 31 lbs, dropped from 14p clothes ( that I've worn for 18 years), to a 10p, and some 8p. Dropped an xl and l shirts to medium and smalls. But the other interesting issue, is dropping from a 44DD bra, to a 36F? How does that happen????

Is is Possible to not lose weight?
I am having a hard time losing the additional 25 lbs that I wanted to lose. I have lost a total of 25 lbs in about 8 months, but now I think I have hit the end. I am losing inches on a weekly basis, however the weight doesn't seem to budge. Except for a few tenths. So, is it possible to stop losing weight?

30 day shred injuries?
I was just wondering if anyone experienced any injuries with the 30 day shred? I started the DVD on Friday nite, and towards the end I could no longer stand on my leg. My leg felt nothing but pain down the back of it. I still can barely manage to walk on it. Any suggestions ?

Now I'm confused on the calorie intake...
Ok, so my calorie limit is 1200. If I exercise and burn 400 calories, which brings my net calories to 800. Am I eating to little? Because I try not eat back my exercise calories.
