HELP! How to get back on track....

Ok, I am in need of some serious motivation. I joined MFP on 1/18/11. I lost 30lbs during that time, off and on. I am now only down around 25lbs. My goal is to lose around 50lbs. I used to be so on track with this site and working out at home on a daily basis. Then in October, I got discouraged and now I am looking for the get going motivation. I get started for about 3 days, and then i quit for 3 days. I know this works, what is the problem?????

    Do you have motivating friends here to keep you accountable? That works for me. But really, you need to want this for yourself and stick with it. :smile:
