Calories vs Sodium

I am not really having any difficulty finding meals that are low calories. However, the problem is the sodium content. Any suggestions?

    having not seen your meals i would have to guess...less processed foods maybe

    Fresh chicken and lean beefs, try to use whole grain pasta and rice- they have virtually no sodium.
    Get low sodium products whenever possible.
    Bulk up your meals w/ fresh fruits and veggies-- that should keep it low cal too! :o)

    Try to prepare your own foods and stay away from packaged and canned stuff. They always add a lot of sodium and sugars. Otherwise look for low sodium varieties.
