I think should be considered an exercise - took me all day to log in 2 weeks worth - kept putting it off since I knew it was quite the chore! I did it! Feel like I just completed a marathon!!!!!! :smile:

Cake in the office!
Someone just brought in about 6 different cakes for their birthday - and I didn't even touch one of them!!! And you know what I didn't even really want to!!! It sort of makes me feel more powerful when I don't give in!! Here's to power!!!! Yeah.

Weighing myself...
Couldn't believe it but when I weighed myself today I was down 6 punds. This isn't in just one week but a few that I have gotten real serious about eating. Logging food question
Ok I started logging my food on Saturday - have had 5 great days and I feel like I am in control of it. I work out every day -and don't use the extra calories that I got from that... my question is - do I need to lower my fats or carbs in order to lose??? I will weigh myself on Saturday at the gym. Help please....

Walking on the Treadmill Question???
When I was logging my exercise I couldn't find treadmill - does walking on a treadmill burn more calories than just walking? I walked at a fast pace and raised it up also. Just wondering - help please.....

Logging my exercise question????
I do a 50 minute class at my gym of light aerobics for 15 or so minutes and then there are different exercises - either using a band, light weights or body bar plus abdominal exercises - what do I log as - I've never done slimnastics or jazzercise so I don't know what that is... it is definitely a hard class - please help…

3 GREAT days so far!

My first day logging food and excercise....
Ok logged every thing I ate today and also had a great work out day! I so need to get control of the food. Logging it really helped today. I feel good and feel like I can do this. :smile:

I'm new here....
Ok - I started working out again after a few years of not doing much... got the exercise part down. Spinning, Pilates, sculpting and weight room - but now I MUST get control of the eating. Gonna start logging all my food - hope that will get me some control.
