sauteed green cabbage

I have green cabbage - really would like to sautee it - any suggesions - can I use PAM or is that yucky???? Help please...

    I like to shred the cabbage, boil it, drain and add a teaspoon of Dijon mustard and some black pepper. Some times I also add cubes of ham or bacon bits. :tongue:
  • I have used just a little olive oil in the past but I think next time I make it I'm going to sweat it, using beef broth instead. I think that would be pretty good. :)

    I chop up the cabbage and saute with coconut oil, on low, for 20 minutes. I add a lot of curry powder and let it cook another 20 minutes.

    It's delicious.

    I cut the cabbage into wedges, give it a light brushing with olive oil and roast it at 400 for 35-40 minutes or until it's to my liking. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper on it and nosh away. So good!
