Couldn't believe it but when I weighed myself today I was down 6 punds. This isn't in just one week but a few that I have gotten real serious about eating. I have been logging my food here for one week only and it has helped me so much!!! Feel good!!

Now I just have to understand better the logging part - I write down everything - but after my exercise it still seems that I am under calories... don't want to go into starvation mode (can't even imagine that LOL) so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

First off, make your diary public :)

Secondly, try and get as close to your calories as possible. Regarding exercise cals I would eat them if you're hungry. If you're not, don't eat them!

    Congrats on the weight loss!
