An 8!
OMG! OMG! I just fit into a size 8 pair of jeans! Size 8! Siiiizzzzeee 8!!! I have NEVER worn a size 8 in my adult life. I was a very a skinny kid, and I am pretty sure I wore a size 8 in high school. But, that was wayyyyyyy back when. I CANNOT BELIEVE IT! I simply cannot!

20lbs lost!
I have lost 20lbs since September 9th, 2013., when I decided to REALLY lose weight. The first photo is one taken in early summer. Six months ago (bleck!) ::sick: Yesterday. :drinker: I have got about 6 more pounds to lose before goal, BUT, I may continue on and aim for 5 more after that.

Avacados
I LOVE Avacados. I could peel and eat two a day. BUT, my goodness, they are HIGH in calories and fat. BUT, they do have tons of potassium. Even if I were to eat say 1/2 of one a day, that's a lot of calories I'm "wasting", and I don't think its worth it. Should I just have say a 1/4 of one a day, which is like 70 calories…

Does it count?
Usually when I do my weekly grocery shopping, I am there for roughly 2 hours. I am leisurely walking up and down the aisles that whole time, with frequent stops to load the cart of course. I was just wondering if I should count any/some of this time toward exercise?

Over in protein
After entering my food diary for today, I am over by 15 on my protein. My high protein foods are tuna in water, hummus, and greek yogurt. Good or bad? I am a little taken aback by the -15 in red on my diary. Isn't a lot of lean protein a good thing?

Feeling unmotivated

Portions
Is it just me, or do you find that since you started dieting, the amount of food you can eat in one meal, is a LOT smaller than before? I mean, I start feeling bloated and nauseous if I try to eat too much. It's so weird.
