Rice cake snack. Sooo yummy!

Banana Nut Caramel Crunch

2 Quaker Caramel Corn Rice Cakes (the reg big ones, not the minis)
1 Medium banana, sliced
1 Tbsp fat free caramel sauce
1/4 cup fat free whipped topping

Spread whipped topping over rice cakes
Place banana slices on top and drizzle with caramel sauce

1 Serving is 2 rice cakes
130 calories, 1.5g of fat and 1g of fiber per serving

Adding a sprinkling of chopped nuts is yummy too, but you can leave them off for the slightly healthier version.
