Nutrition information incorrect
Has anyone else noticed that a lot of times the nutritional information is wrong on a lot of the entries. I have been watching my fiber closely for a few weeks and have been falling short so I started comparing the info on the package to the info on MPG and a lot of the numbers are just wrong. I have found I love yogurt but...
I never liked yogurt but decided to give it another try and to my surprise I love it now. My only issue is I am getting g a horrible aftertaste that does not go away until I brush my teeth. I have tried dannon and yoplait. Any ideas on how to get rid of the aftertaste?

can you tone and with dumbells
We have a gym at work but the only weights available are dumbbells and a weight machine. I am at goal but still have a spare tire I would like to get toned but am at a loss at where to start.

fit bit confusion
Y fitbit is synced with mfp. It gives me on average 300 calories extra per day for my normal daily activity. I don't eat those back. Should I? Since it is just normal activity I am not sure.

turkey calories
Bought a butterball turkey breast roast it says 150 calories for 4oz raw meat. This sems high since 1oz of turkey sliced is 25-30 calories for a cooked portion. Not sure what to count for 4 oz cooked on the roast.

Damaged metabolism, please help.
How do you reverse damage to your metabolism? I am afraid I may have damaged mine. When I started with MFP I followed what the calories given to me were (1200) Now at maintence if I go much over that I gain. I am 63 inches tall, weigh 111.
