I am struggling a bit with mainteance. MFP says 1480 calories, on that I seem to still lose (slowly), Scooby says somewhere around 1600. Tried that for a week and gained. Not sure if I didnt gie it enough time or what. What is the most accurate one you have found? I tried several and they are so varied it is scary, they differ by up to 200 calories.

It depends on which formula they are using. There are three different formulas. Here is a link to one site that lets you use all three. You will need to know your body fat % for one of them. Click on advance options to find the different formulas. Good luck. I played around until I found a number that worked. http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm
Also if you click on the ? next to the names, it will open another window where it explains the different forumals.
I wish you the best luck!0
