turkey calories

Bought a butterball turkey breast roast it says 150 calories for 4oz raw meat. This sems high since 1oz of turkey sliced is 25-30 calories for a cooked portion. Not sure what to count for 4 oz cooked on the roast.

If the package says 150 cals for 4 oz, go by that. Every brand will be different, because they may include seasoning, or butter, or added salt, etc.0

If 1 oz is 30 calories, 4 oz would be 120 cals, not so different from the 150 on the package.0
