    Agree on weighing.

Grapes have a lot of sugar, but you get a good amount of vitamins K & C. Copper, too. They're very refreshing when it's hot out and freeze like they were created to be frozen. :)

Freeze, and put in drinks. :)

That actually sounds like a lot of grapes, to me.

Blew me away too. Had to ditch grapes too unless I ever get up the nerve to do another 'carb nite'.

I ate 180g (6.4oz) of grapes today and it was 124 calories. Important to weigh all of your food, because not all grapes are the same size, and entries in the database that go by numerical counts rather than weights will be innacurate. Grapes are also great for you, so don't let the calories scare you off.

OP, I can't tell from your initial post as to whether you've underestimated or overestimated the calories of 30 grapes all this while? Like why is it shocking to you? Are you amazed it's lower or higher than you thought? :| And like everyone has said, weigh your grapes, because I've ever eaten over 35 grapes for less than 90 calories.
