Deflated Balloon

That is what my stomach and chest currently resemble. At the beginning of my journey into weight loss I was at 184 lbs, I am now at 112 (5 ft 3 in). I started out on WW (wish I had not) where they do not put a whole lot of emphisis on strength and toning. Hence the deflated balloon look. Is there any possible way to reverse this? I realize that some of the loose skin is something I will just have to live with, as I cannot afford surgery, but I want to look the best I can! I am very proud of my weight loss but admit it is depressing to look in the mirror and feel worse about my body than I did before.

Introduce yourself into a resistance training program. Doesn't have to be complicated. Full body workout with weights 3 times a week for about 45 minutes.
The key is that the weight resistance has to be challenging for about 5-12 reps. If you can do them quite easily, then the weight should be increased.
