fit bit confusion

Y fitbit is synced with mfp. It gives me on average 300 calories extra per day for my normal daily activity. I don't eat those back. Should I? Since it is just normal activity I am not sure.

    Personal preference. I usually eat mine back because I have my activity level set higher and so it takes a lot more for me to actually earn calories. If it seems like too much or you're not losing then maybe only eat back 1/2. If you're one of those 1200 calorie people I'd definitely eat them all back.
