Back for the last time!
Between August 2009 and December 2009, I lost 24 pounds using MFP. And then I stopped using MFP (Big Mistake!). I gained 7 pounds back between December and now :( . So, now I am jumping back on the wagon. I will reach my goal this time!!! Only 33 pounds left to go...

What do you think?
So I'm 180.8 as of last wednesday... my goal is to reach 179 by This Wednesday... just for fun I weighed myself yesterday to see if I was making any progress towards that... the scale read 180.6... do you guys think that goal is attainable?

Oh My Goodness...
So I've been at this for about 8 days now and just stepped onto the scale this morning... I lost 7 pounds!! :happy: :drinker: I can't believe it! I guess I'm so surprised because that's a lot of weight in 8 days... and I haven't been able to exercise because I recently had surgery... I'm so excited!!
