Is an hour of cardio every other day enough?

    i believe the minimum amount of exercise recommended is 30 min three times a week. so yes, an hour of cardio every other day should be enough.

    it also depends on the individual person. if that's what you have time for, then that's what you should aim for.

    Sounds good but don't get stuck in the same routine - try to mix it up for optimal results.
