how do you know how many calories you burn during strength training?

I think it calculates it for you. You just add what kind of strength training you do.0

You have to add it to Cardio. It doesn't calculate calories under the strength training section, which is really strange.0

the data given on the site isn't really accurate. do get the most accurate numbers, you need an HRM0
