Between August 2009 and December 2009, I lost 24 pounds using MFP. And then I stopped using MFP (Big Mistake!). I gained 7 pounds back between December and now
. So, now I am jumping back on the wagon. I will reach my goal this time!!! Only 33 pounds left to go...

I did the EXACT same thing. Now I'm back and going hard and I've already seen results. I feel so much better already and I'm so glad I started again...welcome back girl :drinker:0

I love this site and the people on it. They keep us motivated, so as you lose, you will be able to help others when they slip.
I am set up to lose 1 lb a week (which equals 52 lbs a year). I noticed, by your timetable, that you are set up to lose 2 lbs per week. Wow! I like 1 lb a week, but I'm guessing 2 lbs per week is do-able--I've heard of other folks who have that set-up.
Best of success!0
