1st goal met, mini-success! :)
Weighed in this morning at 159.6. Started at 172, and breaking into the 150s was my first goal I set for myself. I admit, I was worried at first I might become complacent when I hit the first milestone, but if anything I'm more motivated to now stay in the 150s, and hopefully in the next few months hit the 140s :)

Do you ever do maintenance weeks & then lose more?
Just curious if anyone else ever does maintenance weeks? I haven't been feeling that great the last week and a half, some days are good diet-wise, others not so good. At this point I'm just trying to stay under my maintenance calories (weekly). Although I'm okay with this, I'm worried this may become a habit.

Can Bloat Make Underbust/Bust Larger?
Just curious b/c I measured myself on like Wednesday, and then again today and I was very accurate and re-measured several times, but I'm now 1" smaller in bust, and 1.5" smaller in underbust which I think is impossible. Weight hasn't changed really. So my question is can you bloat in that area?
