Restarting?

What have you done to motivate yourself a second time around?
I'm restarting after about a month and a half, up about 6 from my low (though still down about 11 lbs from my high in January). Long story. The thing is, from January through April I was motivated by not wanting to be in the obese BMI (I think I had just hit it at my high). Now I'm back where I was for the last two years and although I don't like this weight, I have become "comfortable" with it. Now I've done well with my net calorie goal the last two days but I worry I may fall off again next week when I see "159" or whatever.

Hi! My name is Kim, and I have lost almost 80 pounds in the past 2 years. I am part of an amazing facebook challenge group that has really made the difference for me. I had plateaued and just couldn't seem break it. I got involved with the group and through their encouragement and motivation, I blew past my plateau and lost 19 extra pounds. I can get you more info if you are interested.0

Stop looking for the finish line. Yes have goals but don't have an end point. We should never stop being healthy or exercising or paying attention to what we put in our mouths. Until I realized this is for life I kept sliding back. Now I know the only thing to do is move forward. Reassess your calories and if you have been doing the same exercise for a long time you may want to try something new to shake this up but keep moving forward.0
