Anyone else ever get tired or have achy joints while dieting? I just re-started this past Monday and have not felt well the past 2 days.
I'm leaning towards it not being my diet, but I figured I'd ask before I assume I have the flu or go to the doctor to retest my thyroid (I am hypo, it's possible I need another adjustment).

Sounds like you're sick. Getting the flu maybe?0

Hypothyroidism can cause muscle and joint pain. Vitamin and mineral deficiencies can cause joint issues too, but it's unlikely to come on after just a few days of dieting. Fatigue is common though as your body adjusts to eating at a deficit (if that continues, you may be eating too little). If it continues or causes severe pain, definitely see a doctor. You very well may need to check your thyroid again. It's probably a good idea to let your doctor know you're starting a new diet too.0
