stress...

Still stress eating...anyone who's been successful and still has this? I was down 15 lbs as of today, but then refiling taxes & some random other stress & I have snacked through nearly 1400 calories of chips and candy. Puts me over 2000 today, and haven't had dinner yet (though I will be keeping dinner small). Trying to stick to 1500 to lose 1 lb/week.

I mean, I am not stress-eating through 5K calories, and I have not gone over 3K since I started counting, but it's still a lot more than I should.

Good news? My candy is now officially gone and I only have about 1 more serving of chips left and I have no plans of buying replacements anytime soon.
