Soreness during break week
So I just finished 8 weeks of strength training that I went hard in. So now I am taking a week off, however now my muscles are sore! I had absolutely no soreness during my training and can't understand why I am sore now. Anyone else have this issue? I am supposed to start back up on Thursday but my muscles are sore.
