I am looking for suggestions for some high protein yet low calorie foods and some high fiber lower calorie foods. Does anyone have any suggestions? I really only have the chance to eat 3 meals a day so I need them to keep me fuller longer. I have fell of my wagon a little bit lately and I need to get back on so I can hit my goal before the year is up and do it the healthy way.

Whole grains are loaded with fiber and quite filling. They are also an important part of a healthy diet. Instead of having a "starch" like potatoes or noodles, have grain e.g. bulgur wheat, savory oatmeal, etc. Beans also have really good numbers.

If you are looking for high (macro) but low calorie you need a no-calorie filler. That could be water or air.

For high protein low calorie consider soups and stews. You can add fiber by including lots of veggies in the soup too.

For high fiber low calorie, popcorn fills the bill (air).

High fiber equals high bloat. Don't go there.

I already drink half my weight in water anymore and I will be nothing but water lol. I am just looking for some more suggestions. I get tired of eating the same stuff. I love broccoli and chicken I eat alot of it and fish.

Fish, chicken, turkey, lunch meat, fiber bars, cheese, yogurt, beans, fruits, veggies, canned tuna or salmon, nuts/trail mix, roasted seaweed(maybe), chia pouches, flaxseed, smoothies, almond flour (for a slightly different flavor to breads/pastries/etc).

Sometimes if I get bored, I try different cuisines. For example, a chinese chicken and broccoli dish will taste different from a cheesy chicken and broccoli dish or a garlic lemon butter chicken and broccoli or a broccoli chicken soup which could also be cheesy or more vietnamese pho flavored and so on...

I love Thai food... Tom yum soup, green papaya salad, or a spicy curry to eat with some shiritaki noodles. Add whatever protein and veggies you want to the soup or curry. I prefer the salad without protein, but would work nicely with shrimp.
