So I have been diagnosed with this a few months ago. I did months of physical therapy for it to finally get it to not be sore any longer. However I am now running into an issue as I lose weight I am noticing more and more lose skin on my arms. I would love to tighten the skin I am afraid if I start working out my arms I am going to make it flare up again. Anyone have any arm workouts that would help but not irritate my shoulders?

That's going to be a matter of trial and error for you unfortunately. Experiment with different moves, different grips, different weights, different volume and frequency.0
