So I am one who weighs in daily and I have noticed a pattern in my weight. When I work out, I normally do 5 days than take one rest day my weight goes up each day. When I take my rest days I show weight losses. Does anyone know if this is because my body holds water when I'm working out?? I am trying to understand can anyone help??

Yep, mostly water for muscle repair. Keep it up, you're doing great!!0

It very likely is water, but are your eating habits different on workout days? Some people way over-estimate their calorie burn and chow down (this is particularly true for long duration, steady state cardio training).

I have the same issue. My clothes fit the same and I eat right so I know that it's water..0
