I do some static stretching before, and spend a decent amount of time foam rolling and stretching after as well. squatting 3 times a week is really getting to me

when does a deload week become necessary?
I'm new to lifting. Started SL 5x5 roughly 6 weeks ago.. My lifts aren't extremely heavy at this point, but when does my body deserve a break? Just need a little clarification about deload weeks and why they are necessary. Should cardio be avoided during deload weeks? It is still too soon for me to worry about this?

floaters in eyes right after workout? possible correlation?
Ive had a floater here or there in my life but i have like 20 in my field of vision now.. started right after my workout.. And now light sensitivity.. im wearing sunglasses in my house.. I know bp changes can cause these but my bp is within normal limits .. A little confused.

5 dif sites give me 5 dif TDEE values..???!!
Just was a bit curious as to what my TDEE was. MFP gives me a 1600 cal a day allotment and I'm at a plateau. So, I googled TDEE calculator to see what mine was. Weekly caloric intake vs daily???
I am beginning to add up my calories on a weekly basis, to see my weekly deficit rather than daily. It seems this is an easier way to see the "big picture", and also because some days I'm low on cals, some days higher.. how do you guys do it?

I just played just dance with my daughter for 2 hours.. I logged it as "aerobics, low impact" and it says I burned 610 cals. This can't be right???? My heart rate wasn't maxed but I was working up a sweat for sure. Not really sure what to do lol

I eat 1600 daily. But lets say I exercise 300 off.. Does myfitnesspal already calculate an exercise deficit in?? So I should be eating these cals back so I'm not netting only 1300 a day? *note: tdee 2225

logging calories burned for power yoga& strength training?
I always just logged it as 1 cal burned because i was under the impression that its strength training and you shouldnt log that.. but according to me heart rate i burn 150 to 200 cals while doing it. I also see friends logging there weight lifting and burning like 200 to 300 calories.. how accurate is it?
