floaters in eyes right after workout? possible correlation?

Ive had a floater here or there in my life but i have like 20 in my field of vision now.. started right after my workout..

And now light sensitivity.. im wearing sunglasses in my house..

I know bp changes can cause these but my bp is within normal limits ..

A little confused.
