I always wondered about this. I could eat 1600 cals with NO cardio.. or I can eat 2000, and exercise apox 400 off.. Whats the difference in relation to overall weightloss/fat loss?

how accurate is HRM for calorie estimates?
Is it accurate for circuit training & HIIT? caloric intake-bmr/tdee advice please!
I am 5'5, 22 year old female 135lbs.. so that puts my BMR at around 1436.. my tdee at 2229.. MFP has me eating 1600 a day.. I try to burn 200-300 cals daily from exercise..if I'm hungry, I eat them back.. if I'm not hungry.. I don't force myself to eat. So, my question is.. is 1600 a good number for me for losing .5lbs a…

Tracking cals burned when doing cardio with weights?
I use 8lb weights with almost all of my cardio exercises.. Wouldn't that burn much more than what MFP tells me? What is the best way to know exactly how much more I'm burning than cardio alone? P.S. I don't have a heart rate monitor.

IT band pain??? HELP
I just started running again, and everytime I get this HORRIBLE soreness in my hip on both sides and I feel like its IMPOSSIBLE to stretch. Theres a few awkward ways I can kind of get it, but nothing really works. Is this my IT band? and hoooow on earth do I stretch it? Also, should I stop running?

healthy eating for the picky eater!
I Am truly trying to eat better and add more vegs into my diet... buti LOVE carbs! The only vegs that i really Like are green leaf lettuce, baby spinnach, brocilli, carrots, peppers, tomatos and cucumbers..annything else makes me gag! Any advice for me from other picky eaters trying to eat better?
