I was interested in starting insanity so I googled the fit test video and tried it out. I was worried it would be too challenging for me, but I was wrong! I worked my *kitten* off and got my heart pumping and it was fun!

Just curious.. for those who have done the fit test, what were your numbers? Most importantly, how well does the fit test match what the DVDs consist of? Will I have a hard time with it?

Well the fit test is both much harder and much easier than the workout DVDs. It's because it's a test. You're doing as many as you possibly can of one exercise for a solid minute, at the end of each individual event you're much more tired than you would be after doing one "normal" rotation of the same exercise. Usually in the first month Shaun only has you do an single exercise for 30 seconds. Sometime less. It's easier because you have many more, and much longer, breaks between the exercises.

Well, the moves in the fit test are the same moves used in the program. For me, I'm competitive with my fit test so I try to kill it every time.

I still say my best one was 85 power jumps.. I have a love/hate thing with those now.. Never could get past 12 globe jumps though. Its awesome when you compare your first fit test numbers with your final fit test. I pretty much doubled reps on everything.. tripled on some.
