I eat 1600 daily. But lets say I exercise 300 off.. Does myfitnesspal already calculate an exercise deficit in?? So I should be eating these cals back so I'm not netting only 1300 a day? *note: tdee 2225

When you log your exercise, MFP adds the calories from the exercise back into your calorie goal for the day, but otherwise it doesn't add in calorie deficits from exercise.0

1600+300 cal workout = 1900 total you need to eat - if thats what you want to do.0 -
Yes. Food = 1600 + Exercise (300) = 1900
Eat 1900
The calculations are automatic once you "log" exercise.
