Coconut Flour ideas
I bought a bag of coconut flour and I forgot why I bought it. I'm LOWER carb and a vegetarian. Any ideas on how to use it? (It wasn't cheap). I did use it as a breading for baked zucchini strips but soy flour worked better IMO. TIA!

Did you know....
You can pop popcorn in a brown paper (lunch bag) in the microwave? I have been doing this for a long time but I don't think everyone realizes it works. Just put enough popcorn seeds in the bag to cover the bottom. Roll the top down and microwave until the popping slows. No oil needed!

I graduated today!
I did it! My app (Zen labs) is 8 weeks. Today I did a 30 minute run and enjoyed every second of it. I think back to week one and how impossible it seemed. Next week I am either doing 30 minute runs or moving on to the 10k app...or I might just run without an app. :smile: Yay me!!!!
