I see some food measurements are in grams on here. How much is that in tsp or tbls measurements?

    Gram is weight
    tsp and TSBP are volume.

    One tablespoon is 15ml/15g approx, I guess, but grams are weight not volume. If you have food scales they usually can measure in either imperial or metric (or at least mine can!) :)

    For liquid, generally 1ml = 1g, but it does vary. 1 tbsp is approx 15mls, and I think 1tsp is approx 5mls, so about 5g and 15g for 1 tsp and 1 tbsp.

    For solids weight doesn't = volume.

    Most packages will list the grams in a serving (in parenthesis) so that will likely help you since the weight versus volume would be hard to say what the equivalent is, ie" 1 tbsp peanut butter, vs 1 Tbsp of flour"

    Hmmm I do have a food scale. I have to get it from my office. I used to use it for weighing ebay items. Lol

    0r 28.349 grams = 1 ounce in weight. You typically need to weight your food to get the correct servings. My scale does grams or ounces.

    I bought a food scale and that has helped a ton...along with this website, which is a gram to ounce conversion calculator.

    As others have said: most digital food scales do grams or ounces with just button press.
    No conversion needed.

    For the record, there are 28 grams in an ounce. So, 1 gram is 1/28'th of an ounce. Typical serving portions are 28, 100, 150, which would roughly be 1, 4, and 6 ounces respectively. Hope this helps.
