First Attempt at Coconut Flour/Flax Meal Pizza Crust

It was better then I expected for my first attempt. I looked at different recipes and tweaked it.

1/3 Cup Coconut Flour
1/4 Cup Ground Flax Meal
3/4 Cup Egg Beaters
1/2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Crushed Red Peppers
Dried Basil
Garlic Powder
Salt/Pepper

I sprayed parchment paper with pam olive oil spray and rolled the "dough" out. Baked at 375 for about 15 minutes and flipped it over. Then I added my toppings. My toppings today were homemade garlic white sauce (with coconut flour), banana peppers, mushrooms, feta, Italian shredded cheese, purple onions and black olives. About 370 calories for half the pizza. The picture below is a quarter of a pizza. The calories would of been lower if I used tomato sauce instead of the white sauce.
