I want to make homemade vegetable soup. It is vegetarian so the base is just canned tomatoes and I will add some asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower and maybe some garbanzo beans.
If I make and eat it I have no clue how to count the calories....any ideas? Thanks!

Create the meal as a new recipe: enter all the ingredients, the amount of servings you'll get out of the entire thing and then add one serving to your diary. Recipes is a sub-tab under food.0

Thank you! I never used that option before! That is perfect!
Thanks again! : )0 -
Yeah I usually add up all the ingredients, then take the total calorie amount of them all added together and then divide it by how many servings will be in the meal. So if the soup makes 8 bowls, divide it by 8 x0
