30 Day Progress Report [pics]
Okay so here I am - a month into my weight lifting routine. before after I feel a lot different and I can lift/do more. My runs are also longer. But I don't look much different to myself.

BOOM, insane random bloating.
So today out of nowhere I bloated like a whale. My pants don't fit and I feel super blimpy. I didn't have anything super salty the last few days, but I've increased my bean intake. Could this be what's causing it? Talk about uncomfortable - yikes! I've been rocking lately so this definitely confused me. :)

Big NSV!!
So you know those "V" lines that people get from their stomach down their hips? I finally see mine! The first time as an adult I took my hands and felt them after I saw myself in the mirror and didn't recognize my body. This is a day that makes me want to cry with excitement.

No pain from a workout?
