Which HRM / Workout tracker?
I was going to get the Garmin 405 from Costco, but I checked the online reviews and it says it's garbage when wet (which I live in BC so it will be wet with sweat or rain every time I use it) So which would you recommend? Price is not important. Thanks!

After the dust settles...
So it's been a few weeks since starting this journey. Today I weighed because I felt like a feather. I am only up 1lb now! My muscle definition is coming in nicely and my inches (measurements) are down BIG time. Stick with it newbies and and veterans alike. This is awesome!

Rushfit - Anyone else out there?
So who else uses Rushfit as their ST system? The burn is intense and it's a hard program so when I have a choice of running or this, I usually run. That being said I am trying very hard to get on a regular routine. Who else uses it and what are your results like?

Weight up after week 2?
So the first week I was up 5lbs. Now on my second week of EM2WL and I am up another 2. Anyone else experience a constant increase in weight? The reason I weighed is because I looked smaller (again) and I wanted to confirm this. SOOOO weird ;)

I feel like I am eating constantly. Today I need to eat 3,000 calories to eat my workout calories. I am so bloated, my pants don't fit. Man... it's getting insane. I am sticking with it though!

Started run training 2 weeks ago
I'm working intervals right now and I am up to walk 2 run 6. My goal is to be able to run for 45 minutes straight. Any over that is gravy. Do you find a marathon inspires you to train harder? My fear is always finishing last.. :/

Taking a day off exercise (the guilt!)
I never thought in my life I'd eel guilt about NOT exercising. I need to take a day off, as I have exercised about 9 days in a row. This is a hard mental adjustment. I feel like I should be doing something. I suppose some Yoga and stretching isn't really exercising so much is it? ;)
