Upper body only exercises

Today I BADLY rolled my ankle playing ice hockey and I can barely walk on it. As a result my entire weekend is shot (it's beautiful out so I planned on running about 20k) I'm not happy about this at all. :/

While I wait for it to go away what can I do at home that is upper body only? All I have are a couple of free weights and a yoga mat.
