My name is Brad. I was fit as a teenager and loved outdoor activities, but as I got out of highschool and worked a desk job I gained 180lbs to hit 380lbs. I managed to lose it all over 2 years doing Atkins (this was 9 years ago)
Then I met my girlfriend at the time, and we got married. I slowly went up in weight to 255. After my divorce 2 years ago I dropped a ton of weight. I moved to England for some work and was very active and eating well and was at the lowest I've been in 6 years at 212. I moved back to Canada and went up to 225.
My goal is to be fit and healthy and do the things I love to do. I've started hiking and running again and I see the need for strength training in order to lose the weight that would make all of m favorite activities more comfortable.
I'm carrying about 28lbs too much weight and I would love to shed it once and for all. That's my goal is to enable myself to be more comfortable doing the things I love and being more comfortable in my own skin.
