BOOM, insane random bloating.

So today out of nowhere I bloated like a whale. My pants don't fit and I feel super blimpy. I didn't have anything super salty the last few days, but I've increased my bean intake. Could this be what's causing it? Talk about uncomfortable - yikes!

I've been rocking lately so this definitely confused me. :)

    Strike that, figured it out. I went on a bit of a crazy run yesterday. FEAR NOT FRIENDS! All is well. ;)

    I was going to say that Beans also add to bloating (At least for me). It lasts until my body gets used to new intake. Same thing happens if I up my fiber intake.

    Running would do it too! I am glad you figured it out

    Running causes bloating? Really? That would explain a LOT for me if it is true :sad: I was on a course of antibiotics last week and thought that might be it, so went out and bought probiotics. However I've recently started running a lot more often. Hmmm.

    I am not sure if it causes bloating but it causes your muscles to be inflamed, therefore, showing a temporary increase in weight. It happens everything you start a new program or activity
