Back Counting - Disgusted with Myself
We all know the path, lose 40, gain most of it back. This time I'm not allowing myself to gain it back. Weird thing going from 233 to 190 lbs was going from a 40 waist to a 38 maybe a 36 in some slacks. I guess I carry it all over.

LOL I Like Daily Tracking
I find it funny that I can gain 3 pounds in two days by eating below my calories, then lose two pounds without changing anything. I know the standard advice is not to weigh yourself too often, but I find it fascinating watching the fluctuations. As long as I keep fluctuating lower and lower, life is good.

Logging Tricks and Tips
When possible I log in meals in advance then try not to eat the full portion. Going back into the diary and reducing the serving size feels like a huge victory. I don't seem to have the same motivation if I haven't logged the meal in already. What tricks do you play with your log?

Water in and especially out
I am a school teacher and can't easily leave my classroom to visit the bathroom. When I start to increase my water in, there is an increase in "water out" which is inconvienent. I am not dehydrated. When Do You Spend Your Calories?
I've been eating about 300 breakfast / 300 Lunch / 200 snacks / 1,000 Dinner and I just can't seem to make anything else work as far as hunger, but I know I could be losing more if I rearranged the calories and ate more earlier.
