I noticed I begin a cycle of overeating and it takes a couple days to get everything back under control. This time I decided I will cook stuff I do not like. I also will add foods I do not like into foods I do. Even if I sit and pick them out, if possible, it may slow me down. Tonight they may have looked at me kind of strange, but I wasn't scrapping the bottom of that artichoke heart and pea DQ Blizzard.
