Yummy but ugly food
I just ate a big bowl of cucumbers, grape tomatoes, crumbled feta, and balsamic vinegar. One of my staples. By the end of the bowl it looked like mud, and I had to just eat it without looking. I definitely "eat with my eyes." Does anyone else eat something that is delicious but gross to look at?

Right now I'm 5'7" 199lbs (hopefully less, haven't weighed myself in a week) and a size 18 with huge hips and thighs (50" hips, 29.5" thighs.) Cycling and butt pain
Any tips to avoid horrid butt pain (tailbone I suppose) during/after a long ride? I did a 25 mile ride last year and loved everything about it except having to scooch around on my seat for the second half because my tailbone hurt. Any advice? Amazing seats? Cushions? Keep riding and suck it up?

Do you log ALL activity as exercise?
With it being Spring I'm seeing a lot of yard work/mowed lawn/etc. kind of posts. I haven't been logging that stuff at exercise because I don't want to see that I have extra calories. I just factor that stuff into my activity level that I set when I made my profile. Do you log chores/yard work as exercise?

I just started walking/jogging, and I'm having a little bit of discomfort on the inner parts of my knees (like where they would touch if I put my legs together.)
