Joint supplements?

Just wondering if anyone takes anything for crummy joints. Glucosamine, Chondroitin, MSM, etc.. And if so, do you feel any better?

No one recommended it for me, I wasn't paid to take it or anything like that.

I had REALLY bad tendonitis in my elbows from over training, so I tried it and after about a week and a half to two weeks I felt so much better.

  • Folks, I would like to solicit more responses to this question. I am also looking for straight answers to these supplements and in addition, the supplement called Cissus. I've done research and I can't help but to think the negative findings that were found by various institutions and or organizations are in bed with the pharmaceutical companies, who would like nothing else than to have the findings be in their favor and have us rely on their drugs instead of natural remedies/supplements.

I recently injured my hip running and I laid off for a week and it felt better, but I ran three miles last night and the pain is back so runners and those that are into weight training, please give your experience with this subject, - Thanks ahead of time
